the story of us
We've decided to celebrate our "grown-up" lives and 10 years together! We met at work in Canberra way back in 2014, and have been together through a long-distance phase, Ikea construction, medical training and exams, parenting a frog, various travels and adventures, a pandemic, and all of the inanities of daily life.
In 2019 we decided marriage sounded like an alright idea and got engaged, then deliberately avoided doing anything about it. This year we've impulsively decided it would be the perfect celebration of 10 years together. We can't wait to spend an evening enjoying good food and wine, games, dancing, and - most of all - time with our favourite people. We hope that you can join us!

We have been very intentional in inviting all of the people that matter most to us and ensuring that everyone is someone that we both know, and so partners that we haven't met are unfortunately not invited - we'd love to get to know them in the future.
Please note this will be an adult-only celebration.

We are so excited for you to celebrate with us in person; your presence is the best wedding gift you could give us and all we ask of you. For those who cannot arrive empty-handed, we love cards, and there will be a place to collect these on the day.
